2020 has been a mixed full year met with a range of challenges. During the first six months ended 31
December 2019, the Company, was ahead of its internal milestone timelines and during that period had
continued to progress towards its objectives focused on the biorefinery projects using Leaf’s proprietary
Glycell™ technology. The second half bought significant challenges that stalled the momentum resulting
